What level of experience is required to start?

There is no level of fitness required to start. If health and wellness are relatively new concepts, we recommend starting with our Health Made Simple Program. This personalized, step-by-step program focuses on making small, healthy modifications to your current lifestyle and developing habits that enhance your overall health. Once you are ready, we can introduce regular exercise into your routine. For those who are already working out and want to advance or have specific fitness goals, our Next-Level Fitness Program is recommended.

Are meal plans included?

We don’t provide set meal plans. Instead, we work with you to offer personalized nutritional guidance tailored to your preferences and lifestyle, focusing on macros that align with your goals and providing suggestions for balanced, sustainable nutrition.

What should I expect during my first session?

When you sign up, you’ll book a time for your free session. During this initial session, we take the time to understand you, your current lifestyle, health history, and your goals for this journey. This process helps us tailor a program that fits your unique needs to set you up for success! We’ll then also choose a day and time for your future sessions.

How soon should I expect results?

Results are achieved on an individual basis. Commitment and follow-through ensure guarenteed results!
