How It All Started

Hi, I’m Leslie — a certified personal trainer and wellness coach, passionate about empowering you to become the strongest, healthiest versions of yourself — inside and out.
I’ve been drawn to health and fitness since middle school. I always tried to eat healthy and stay active, but for years, I lacked a real understanding of what that meant or how to make it sustainable.
My true transformation began just before I turned 40. I was determined to face aging head-on and do everything I could to stay healthy. I didn’t have all the answers, but I stayed consistent and asked for help when I needed it.
For the first time in nearly 20 years, I was prioritizing myself — before my family, work, or anything else. That one decision changed the entire course of my life.

I stayed committed through some of life’s biggest transitions: becoming an empty nester, going through a separation and divorce, navigating the pandemic, and rediscovering myself in the process. That season shaped me. It tested me. And it taught me how powerful it is to take ownership of your life — body, mind, and soul.
Out of that transformation came my mission: to help others reclaim their strength, their health, and their confidence — and to know that it’s never too late to begin again.
I’ve spent the past year coaching people just like you — combining what I’ve lived, learned, and practiced into real strategies that create change. My personal journey and professional training have shaped a method that goes far beyond just workouts.
My signature Strength Formula approach combines the Big 5 Pillars of Health: nutrition, stress management, quality sleep, daily movement, and of course, exercise.
